The Coolfire System

Fire team with complete Coolfire equipment at the fire vehicle. The ergonomic lance, high-pressure hose and hose reel show the modular system that fights fires faster, safer and more efficiently.

Complete system

Coolfire consists of a complete system, with a variety of options to choose from. Our standard solutions include a Skid Unit, PTO Kit and Ass Kit, which are available in two variants: 28l/min and 56l/min.

Each Coolfire system includes:

  • an ergonomically designed lance
  • a modern Command Module with abrasive cylinder
  • a high-pressure hose reel with integrated control wires
Coolfire Lance

Lance

The “smart” lance is the end piece of the system and is designed for optimum safety, comfort and ease of use. It consists of an ergonomically designed housing containing the primary (interchangeable) part of the barrel, the triggers and the LED. The lance is in constant communication with the Command Module and is equipped with a quick release mechanism for three different barrel lengths. Operation is extra safe thanks to separate triggers for water and abrasive commands and a safety trigger in the shoulder piece.

The Command Module is the heart of the system. It is located on the vehicle or the “skid” and contains the control of the electrical and fluid systems. With this fluid system, water (with or without abrasive) is supplied to the lance at the command of the lance.

Coolfire Hose Reel

Unique high pressure hose

Coolfire has a unique high-pressure hose that is surrounded by control wires that are included in the outer layer. The communication between the lance and the Command Module is therefore extra secure, because the signals run via the wires in the hose, instead of via a radio signal. Standard delivery is 80 meters. This is easy to extend and suitable for high-pressure long-distance extinguishing.
